Where have they said prescription only. You are confusing the idea that they WERE going to only allow doctors to be resellers, but it wasn't by prescription. This is an OTC drug, just like aspirin. Tylenol, Pepcid, ect. I think they were only doing that for appearances only. I think they realized that there will be way more profitability selling directly to people as they did with the last formula.
