Good Morning
This issue is looking strong for the next week.

The Share Structure currently is well within a company on a New Path (R/M
2021) but must be watched. To succeed, much needed capital expansion is
going to dictate the direction on the swelling of the O/S. This can be a
negative, but currently not an issue.

During the last couple of sessions appears this is controlled in a methodical balance within the spread which is a positive for a penny issue. The momentum is on our side and dips will only materialize during the usual morning and mid-afternoon lull to entice sellers.

For the next couple of weeks will be certainly a fun issue to watch and play.

The exciting aspect of this issue is the huge amount of money flowing into Climate Change venues and this will not stop and is very much on the global scale in the number of Trillions of dollars.

The O/S of 373m is still very attractive but must be watched.

I have a price target of .21 by this spring and that's a $50m market cap and is based on the company's program to the current $50m recycling that was announced in the latest press release.

The only hurdle I see is the capital expansion that will come into play. Will it be an Equity or other means of financial assistance to compliment these partnerships and collaboration programs to reach their first $50m expansion.

In all, this will be an exciting issue in the coming weeks.

Target .21 by Spring.
