Is there nothing to update on? Can we get some follow up on some of the recent “developments”? Some engagement with investors?

How is that shareholder communication going?

How is Guelph doing? Chicago? Cant keep up with the partial openings/closures/menu revamping.

I received an email 2/24.

“You have a point. More than relying on investors for raising capital, I want your support.
I'm giving myself a couple months to convince you that we can create value with the stock, and the company is not going anywhere.
I do agree with you that stock price is a problem and we need to seriously work on that.”

What is being done to warrant shareholder support? The communication remains nil. The old Twitter that was used to communicate to investors was scratched without any communication. It took frustration from the investors to ask why our company news was not even being tweeted to try and reach more people before it was communicated back that Twitter handle also was abandoned. We could sure use exposure directed at investors and we are surely not getting that. The volume is disgusting and some days only a handful of penny’s is exchanged. I could not imagine investing any more money here than I have the last 5+ years with the lack of support from management. Almost an entire year and still no CEO.

It seems many investors are disagreeing with this and looking for things to be handled differently. Can I ask how many interviews we have had for a CEO role? Rogen was excellent at communicating and laying forth a business plan with timelines and followed up with his plan. This is desperately needed here. I am hoping for some serious change in the way the public side of this company is handled.

I read your email with attention and would love to know more about you as an investor.
I've tried to gather some questions for you, to know more about your vision


1. No Real CEO
what do you have in mind? what is a real CEO? what would he/she be doing?
To tell you the truth, I've tried to hire people to fill up this position and it never worked.
at the end of the day, I'm still the best person to know what's good for the company..
there will be time where a different king of leadership will be needed, and we might be months away from that.
our sole focus is to strengthen the organization and recover from the last 2 years.

you are mentioning direction and leadership.
what is it that we are not doing and would warrant a real CEO?

I believe the next C-level will be CFO / Finance / Stock Market.
We need that expertise more than a CEO


2. Communication
this has been a sore point, and I must admit the last 2 years were really hard.
Shareholders are accusing us of not communicating? but not much has happened

You mentioned Roger leaving you in the dark. is there something you want to know?

what sort of communication are you looking for? what would you want to see happen?
do you have other example of Public company that are good at this exercise?
