Mersky is a life long scammer - he learned from his Father.

"David Mersky was the President of BankCard Empire and was sanctioned by several states. So he was very much involved in the scam.

David Mersky was part of the scam along with his father Les Mersky."

Who controlled Davidan Corp - that would be David Mersky.
