Denner has never been waiting since the day he took his first position in the stock. This is a process with several steps in it including things like engaging with the board, building a coalition of like-minded shareholders, getting certain others to position out of the stock (BB), and a host of other big and little things behind the scenes. Shareholders that have been around and are beaten to a pulp (I'm included) have overly eager timetables that are simplistic and not attached to reality. Denner stated his intensions a few months ago, and here we are.
