LMAO! Where exactly was the advice of counsel when Mark made the brilliant move to upload a materially deficient Form 10 to begin with…???

Did he even have “counsel”? I suspect that in this case “advice of counsel” was actually a letter from the SEC.

He never disappoints in his capacity to make boneheaded moves.
