here is what I do >

bottom left (windows icon) click > search for Snipping Tool
> click on Snipping Tool to open its window
> left click on New
> left click then "drag" and release > area on screen to Snip is trapped
> click on File top left of page
> click on "Save As" and Name whatever, I use Pictures folder and save as a JPG

1) Click on Main Menu in the top left hand corner.
2) Click on Image Gallery (under User Tools) bottom right corner.
3) Chose your file off of your computer. BY CLICKING BROWSE and SELECTING PICTURE and CLICK OPEN > Wait a sec until you see it and then,
4) Click the green Upload button. Wait a few more seconds while they think about uploading it LOL and then,
5) Go down one level and you should see your image. Click Copy under the first section Embed and then you just paste the link into your post.
