As someone who has seen a couple million dollars put on ice the last few years, I have no feelings of goodwill towards Amarin. Incompetence and lack of urgency while being given incentive compensation is not a good look. How does the CEO of some pipsqueak company get paid $5M/yr? I certainly don’t blame the judge either. She made a correct decision given the facts presented by staggeringly incompetent Amarin council.

I’m not a fan of the petulant oligarch, but Amarin BOD and staff need the Twitter treatment. Firings, sleeping at the office, life over as you formerly knew it. Brutal ass kickings 24 hrs a day until they get it fixed.
