I certainly will study what Denner has to say and the reasons why he wants the 7 new BOD. I would be lying if I said I knew which way I was going to vote at this time not knowing Denner's plan vs. knowing KM's (which he has laid out and appears to be gaining some traction in the past several months). I'm not a super heavy weight like many here but me and my spouse do own more than 1/4500 of the company's outstanding shares and I plan to take our voting rights seriously.
