I've witnessed this kind of trading first hand numerous times over. N2K touched on it a few weeks back. He's had the same experiences, too. I think much of the "trading" we see at these lower volumes is mm's trading back and forth between each other...not necessarily retail buying. It comes off as orchestrated, and with an agenda. Jmho.....
