lizzy, this is what I just wrote to my PCP;

Good morning, I'm requesting a change to my VASCEPA prescription intervals. I would like to change my prescription from 90 days to 100 days with an automatic refill at 100 day intervals. According to some information I've received, insurance companies allow this change due to end of year "Donut hole" effect. Last year (December 2022) I paid an additional $250 for my last 90 day script for VASCEPA. Sources have told me that with the additional 10 days added, that I wouldn't cost any extra and is allowed by my insurance company. Let me know if this is possible, thank you.
