We are back to square one though - who exactly is doing the infringing ?

Hopefully the Healthnet case has solved this little matter for AMRN. However, in the much larger picture it may have dire ramifications on creativity and entrepreneurship. Unfortunately our legal system has allowed this injustice not only to exist but is actually enabling it.

It is indeed an embarrassment and speaks to the to the quality of intellect making, interpreting and enforcing these rules / laws.
