Although her design has merit, unless the concept is built to such numbers it is a drop in the bucket comparatively speaking. Any idea what the generating outputs are for this device? As a typical American's Power consumption is out of control.
Now, with the electric cars being added to an already taxed electrical grid. Imagine, each electric vehicle charging is like running a 30 amp welder full blast for 8 hrs. There would have to be millions upon millions of these installed along shore lines. They would require security measures to prevent vandalism.
