Apparently the FDA without an advisory group of physicians did NOT consider all of the trials and all of the data BEFORE making their decision.

This would certainly be a finding of consequence if the shoe was on the other foot. FDA cannot have their cake and eat it too. Play by the rules boys or serious questions on credibility are warranted. At least, they must now look for other examples of this.
