Folks I just read the order again… I have to print and scan to copy… official court document does not permit this function… Anyway Harvey Vechery was granted the comfort for State Court… Because our shareholder complaint mimicked HV’s complaint and filed after HV’s… Hansen Esq., went belly-up and filed to dismiss the halpern action against York…He could not win… Do not believe Jay14 or any other halpern alias… I have the court document and read it… halpern’s sole defense via bankruptcy court to state court action is over…!!! Runt-man is finished…. Also pay no mind to mindless ones who ask questions regarding halpern and revenue… app needs updating…
