Ok,

So based on this logic ( which makes sense ).....

Why is the issue of monies coming back shrouded in so much secrecy?
Why all the cloak and dagger with the escrow markers-and since they were deemed as worthless, how did we get to " oh, they're still on record... Where is it written or filed that this is in fact what's happened with the markers?
Settlement was supposed to be of a Fair & Reasonable nature...after how many years is F & R no longer considered as such?

Seems to me, since there's no one to answer to with respect to $ returning (if) to original owners, this can be dragged on indefinitely
and we ( former escrow holders ) have no recourse.

I'm still hoping, but feeling it less and less with each passing week...

Tell/show me I'm wrong.....I want to be wrong.
