SAVA data - both preclinical and clinical - looks legitimate to most people. Similarly, AVXL data looks legitimate.



An honest assessment and why I am 50/50 in both companies. Very shortly an independent biostat firm will report out how many of the 200 patients in SAVA's OLE trial demonstrated some cognitive improvement from baseline (not just an improvement in decline in ADAS-COG scores) after a year's Simufilam dosing.
