Judge Du will soon have a chance to destroy another industry...
Lithium production planned for Thacker Pass in Nevada. I feel
bad for the shareholders of Lithium America Corp. who believe
that Du will not grant the Native American's call to protect their
sacred lands. What idiocy it was for JT to request Nevada to
hear their most important patent litigation instead of a patent
friendly state like Texas. Oh well, let's see what Judge Du decides
on this other situation with her verdict due out in a couple of months.
