Is it truly an either or scenario concerning EGOC and their share restructuring and what those shares are to be used for? They can't have both scenarios working in tandem? I believe that one fact is certainly being considered by EGOC with the share structure and that is to position for the up listing to another higher board and being able to meet and exceed the requirements envolved in an up listing.. I am reasonably sure that They have assembled a master plan ahead of them making the share structure changes and likely shares will be involved in the merger or company acquisition along with positioning for up listing. Makes sense doesn't it? Of course everyone is entitled to do their own speculating but that's just the way I see it happening. I think it makes perfectly good logic and sense. 5 D chess? lol JMO.
