I honestly don't care who is CEO.

GC can stay as CEO.
He is knowledgeable in the necessary subject areas of covid, 3cl protease, etc etc .

What he is doing wrong is that, as CEO, he thinks he has to bring the company over the finish line by himself.

A good CEO admits when he/she needs help and brings in the right people to accomplish what he/she cannot.

That is the sign of a real leader.

So again . Swallow your pride GC and do what's right for your shareholders.
Remember them. The people who invested in your company.

So again, wave 25 or 30 million shares at the right person and bring them onboard. Then step aside, or in collaboration with them, let them use their expertise in bringing the gold.

It's really not that difficult. Admit you are in over your head. Bring in those that can help. And everyone reaps the rewards.
