When you think hiring a bodybuilder is a sound decision, it is time to step aside.

When you think hiring a kiddie influencer is a sound decision it is time to step aside.

When you think hanging out with Michael Irvin is a sound decision, step aside.

When you have led the company to sub 1 penny, time to step aside.

When you think the selling of gummy bears is the future, time to step aside.

When you think that people are going to buy a product they never heard of, at a high price, from a vending machine, time to step aside.

When you talk about EUA's but can't get it done, time to step aside.

When crowdfunding is your only solution, time to step aside.

When you keep saying major news is coming, but never does, time to step aside.

When all you do is put out news releases about presenting at different conferences, time to step aside.


It is time for GC to swallow his pride and bring someone on board that can get it done.

There is NO SHAME in admitting you do not have the experience or expertise to accomplish your goals. Where THERE IS SHAME is in not doing the right thing by the shareholders that have stood by you, even though that is the first priority of a CEO.

Please don't anyone on this board tell me to contact the company. Been there, done that. No response ever. Maybe there is no telephone at that state of the art office space they do business out of.
