Total opinion with events well over legal Statute of Limitations  7-9 years ago and wrong, wrong, wrong.

And having said that, revisionist history doesn’t fly. Too much evidence to prove otherwise. 

Never did the Company say Asher never sold shares, quite the contrary .and in testimony. What was said multiple times is in Updates , Asher last 2 CDs were canceled by DBMM, Settlement in cash, to benefit of Company.  “Bought Company back..” Now that is nuts! The Company stated in Court Filings the pattern of behavior of Asher as a lender. It put them out of business. Power Up Lending followed, Asher just one of their 8-9 companies.
