Having spent time doing such systems assessments and qualifications (2nd and 3rd party and regulatory) I can assure you the relations and interests in such a new AD "treatment" has a business model that stretches around the block , already in place. Every MRI magnet manufacturer, new clinic site landlord and the support facilities -networked provider (gases/chemical supplier/support/staff) and a long list of professionals have already budgeted and business modeled how the new processes and H/W-S/W..etc will be done and business plan costs/margins, etc.. They will all , "Chip In", to deliver their service and product once the approvals begin to flow. Just the MAGNET supply chain is years long and is well positioned to "HELP THE FDA when asked".

This kind of change could be massive, particularly if it worked well enough to impact "Memory Care" industry interests. The revenue stream goes around the block a few times w/both local Geo and national political links. BTW, the last thing these interests ever want to see or hear about is AVXL successes or the changes we will drive. IMO, DR.M. and the staff are aware of these conflicts, hence we are struggling to continuously balance how much to say, when to say it and where to say it.
