When Henry closed on Cavico Corp and similar endeavors the stock had a few billion shares outstanding. At that time the PPS was $10-$35 a share depending on the period looked at.

This post also includes a chart that shows big PHIL in the $30/share range. LOL!!! Is this naivety or a deliberate attempt to deceive? Don't know. Hard to imagine someone actually believing that. The truth is that the chart reflects a 1 for 1500 split in 2012, making that $30/share actually $0.02/share but even that seems extremely high for PHIL.

I encourage everyone with an interest in the real truth of PHIL to read that post. Something in there about Cavico going to the Q. It did. And got delisted in about the shortest timeframe possible.
