Ya but that shouldnt be enough to arrest him. Its odd the cops are moving so fast on this and taking a chance to ruin his reputation.
If thats the extent of the evidence it seems more a way to direct public attention away from why the Tesla drove off the cliff. You know it could have easily driven itself off the cliff. I need more evidence to support it was on purpose.

I'm begging all of you to NEVER get in a Tesla as long as you live. It started accelerating on its own in a parking garage and my dad lost all control of the car and we ran into a wall at 40 mph. Most horrifying experience of my life.

Could it be that there is a strategy to distract people away from looking at the basic data?
Is all this an exercise to create more and more forum verbiage to drown out any serious discussion of evidence?
