I emailed NICE for some clarification on their appraisal of DCVAX-L and got this response just now:

"NICE continues to interact with the company for regular updates and the appraisal is now in progress, but we do not currently have any further information on the timeline. **We expect to be in touch with the company again in early 2023** and we will update the website, via the above link, as soon as there are any developments. I understand that DCVax is not currently licensed in the UK and it is important to note that we can only appraise drugs that have a marketing authorisation for the treatment of a particular indication (condition) **or are expected to receive one during our appraisal process** and can only issue final guidance on drugs that have a marketing authorisation".
