Hi Lizzy.....if there is a change in HN's formulary in our favor, that is proof enough that our case is strong enough to have caused this change. I see no reason for AMRN not to send out polite letters to other Ins providers noting the changes to HN's formulary and how AMRN no longer takes issue with this........... to be continued.
