Just a reminder: For tax planning purposes, it's not generally a good idea to take a gain at the end of the year unless you have losses to cover it. Better to wait until the next year in order to have the entire year to find some cover. Maybe we're seeing some of that today by longer term shareholders with much lower basis and plenty more shares.
