His resume appears to reflect a credible, competent professional and I did not imply he was anything other than that. But.....my guess is that he is at the tail end of his career or maybe even retired. And decided that he'd lend his name and reputation to an obvious OTC scam in return for some shares.

That's the part I don't understand - why drag your own name and reputation through the mud for minimal financial gain??

Same question I had for the FN guys. Why!!? Were they that desperate for money?
