I thought I share two significant developments which were communicated already, but seem to get little attention.
First Lightwave’s cooperation with SilOrix opens a new market opportunity

The low energy consumption of the SilOriX technology enables data egress at cryogenic temperatures for applications in cryogenic and quantum computing.
The optical link offers higher bandwidth compared to an electrical link, simultaneously reducing parasitic heating of the temperature sensitive computing core.”
Secondly Lightwave’s acquisition of Chromosol UK opens a new field of photonics integration by changing a current laser paradigm.
