The AD results were spectacular not only because of the size of the effect and statistical significant for AD, but because, in my opinion, the results significantly de-risked upcoming 2-73 trials: 2-73 works and the implications for the 2nd Rett P3 trial, for PDD, for Fragile X and for other indications is fairly huge. This is why when the stock was manipulated down to $8 a couple of weeks ago, I bought much more with confidence. This is, IMO, one of the best opportunities I have seen over the last 25 years.

Edit: just want to add that while I am not a genius, it has been a very long time since I have been wrong about the potential of a life sciences company. I have called those that are terrible but were pumped hard (and these all dropped 95%-98%), and called those that were assaulted by shorts but were almost certain to succeed (and all did and were multi-baggers.) About 22 years ago I screwed up and invested in a xenotransplant company that failed, but other than that have been spot on. AVXL is going to be a spectacular winner and I hope many people here do extremely well from your investments in it.
