First, they technically only have profited at this point. So waiting to cover makes perfect sense. Especially considering DBMM was more likely to go bankrupt than overcome the SEC.

That said, everyone, no matter how wealthy has a ceiling. Honestly, if DBMM wanted to see if there was even a camels back to break here, they would organize a GME or AMC type crowd frenzy to flush them out. I think with as many longs here not willing to budge, float would be fairly locked up.

Lot of strangeness here and I think in the next month people will have enough time to digest the last several years of events. Which is only going to lead to the same point everyone here eventually reaches, why in God's name did they save this dead horse.

Many will assume either penny stock stupidity or a hidden reason that was worth the effort.

So who knows. Definitely will find out eventually, just not this year...
