Although I have said consistently that there was a major problem with the preferred share transaction because all shareholders must receive the same benefit if they are in a class and in the preferred share transaction, only the common shares held by Natural Shrimp Holdings received the preferred stock, that is obviously a major problem and will not be endorsed by any competent securities attorney in the world . I also agree that the transaction smells really bad. However, I don't know of any fact or any evidence that would indicate that Steve Walker was Natural Shrimp counsel until after the court hearing was concluded. It is a fact that Steve Walker was a Natural Shrimp Holdings shareholder and therefore benefited from the transaction.
