Advent was already licensed in London. The issue is the license AT Sawston, at the factory that NWBO is paying to develop with regional development authority financing. Advent is there to meet NWBO’s various contract obligations, and the relationship yes, is symbiotic in the same sense as an accelerator is, which is effectively what NWBO was financed to produce with excess capacity, so long as excess capacity exists and that is fundamentally symbiotic, and positive for all parties.
