DAR, that is the next matter that will be address. Anyone in my files on that matter with more than six figure losses, cannot be a derivative plaintiff. I had to address this first because even though New Jersey has a six-year statute of limitations for legal malpractice, District of Columbia and New York where Covington has their offices, each have three-year statutes of limitations.
