Others have calculated about 300m of the 500m share authorization increase are already spoken for with warrants and "C" shares, so that is already built in to the stock price.
That leaves 200M to issue, if needed, for operations.

Most ASM are quite boring and don't offer much, unless in person and you can glean info from body language, whispers and winks.

I look back at some of the 2018/2019 ASM's and they made still talked about statements. I expect more long-lasting statements AGAIN AS THEY ALWAYS DO.

Today's ASM will disappoint AGAIN AS THEY ALWAYS DO. Expect gigantic dilution that will send shares collapsing AGAIN!
