Certainly not management or clowns. This is a very simple fact and part of their “flagship model.” High dollar revenue that doesn’t exist in this cafe is a wasted opportunity to MAXIMIZE profits. Let’s not overthink or “not think” this one through. Lolz

Food is getting more expensive, we cannot stack guests on each others laps so there is that. It will never realize the potential of cafes that do serve alcohol.
