I agree, Ken deserves to go to jail, but multi billion dollar companies with all sorts of connections and lawyers on the payroll, can drag this out for years. Not to mention a quick defamation of character counter suit. A can of worms no buyout company wants any part of. IMO. Best case scenario, settlement, but I'm sure it would be sealed.
