Chiugray- NWBO receipt of MIA approval will trigger very significant ramp up expenditures so they need cash quick.
Second, the Partner/Nwbo can determine their own transaction valuation as I’ve been saying. I may not have been clear how that works but it’s simple using whatever valuation they determine that supports uplist using non C shares….or it’s a buyout.
Once again the article posted here an hour or 2 ago references treatment for brain cancer and Ashkan, not Nwbo.
