If it IS something, it might be nice if Neomedia communicated their thoughts on it to us? That's just a thought, maybe it's not worth it, maybe it's not necessary.
To me, the thought of Neomedia becoming more embroiled in patent litigation makes them perhaps less and less attractive to potential customers/partners. There certainly seem to be lots of viable alternatives out there for interested marketers, most of which alternatives might come with fewer financial/legal encumbrances.
Just my glass half full take! ;)
