Neomedia patents in the Europe Patent Office has now increased to 40 from 25 the last time I posted this.

Although I couldn't find anything about on Abaxia's patents, whatever that might be in the EPO. Yet this is a French company to sue (?verified?) Neomedia for what? Patent infringement? And this is in France and I don't know the laws in regarding on how a company in France is protected from outsiders.
