I wouldn't worry too much that Wave will be identified with the Democrats. In fact, I seem to recall that it is a matter of public record that Peter Sprague is a moderate Republican. If this article has any significant effect, it would be more likely to be that some TNR readers will read it, think that Trippi sounds like a pretty smart guy, and then say maybe I should look into this Wave Systems thing.

I didn't mean that the article would stimulate demand for Wave technology or have any direct effect on the share price. I meant that for once the Wavoids are treated with respect, described as a community of people who share serious ideas rather than a cult of starry eyed dreamers.
