Other than message board rumors as well based as “I know a guy who knows a guy who asked me to meet in a loud bar” there is zero evidence pointing to a deal of any kind.

The C’s were simply a cash flow vessel for opex. That much is evident. They are not earmarked for a deal.

The stock price doesn’t reflect a potential deal of any value. Price would need to be much higher. We would see an actual PR campaign.

The company issued a damn lawsuit against an MM complaining about price manipulation. That doesn’t happen if Merck is mere weeks/months away from sinking billions into the company. No buyer wants that baggage even if the lawsuit is a slam dunk.

I believe that NWBO has not been approached about a deal and hasn’t approached anyone. The only entities they’ve been in communication with are regulatory agencies. There is no quiet period (at least not a legal one). I believe Linda’s phone will ring with an interested partner on the line the minute -L is approved in the UK and not a minute sooner. And then the conversation will be “if you get manufacturing and approval in the US, we’re going to write a bunch of zeroes on this check and let you pick the number that goes in front”.
