Yes, as does any toxic lender. These guys are just payday loans for public companies.

You get yourself roped in to that, it is hardly one sided. DBMM was gambling shareholder stake to get more capital and got burned. Right or wrong, it would not have happened if they had solid business practices beforehand.

Things change and you don't go to this extent to beat your dead horse back to life, just to say hahaha you missed. So something is up and obviously for some reason DBMM has decided to do better.
