Without going into great detail everyone before Lebby were just fill ins and out of their league. Having CEO's with no knowledge of polymers was a waste of time. When speaking with Marcelli I knew more about the science and polymers then he did. He couldn't answer most of my questions and kept changing the subject and showing me pictures of elks in his back yard but I do have a doctorate degree which required many organic/ inorganic chemistry and biology classes. Would give myself up if I told you my profession. I wish Lebby was our CEO years ago. This would be a done deal by now. Freds illness and departure did set us back. He was a genius to say the least. He use to draw on a board and try to explain the science to me and I couldn't grasp half of it.
