I just don't see how upgrading to the OTCQB without a product and nothing fundamental moving it could make this go parabolic....

the update today is proof positive that all those promises are already built into the current shareprice, I sincerely hope I'm wrong but essentially something solid has to drive this, not hype and pump.

Please tell me fundamentally why this is going parabolic in the new year
