If a stock pps doesn’t increase over 20 months it is a pretty safe bet to say it is going to go down at least 50% of the time. Continuing to say it is going to go down all the time will increase the odds to 60-70% it will go down. Not hard to be right. I prefer to trade and get my cheap shares the honest way. Trade
