How do you know this isnt taking place? You dont. The stakes are very high, and coming to agreement on a partnership can take time, particularly when a drug company just reported excellent pivotal P3 results. The negotiation's become deeper and more hard to hammer-out. So do the numbers. Your kidding yourself if you think something like this is done in a month or two. Sometimes these deals take many months for both party's to agree on something. But "many months" have already gone by....very close.
