I don't think a Advent/NWBO combination makes sense. It is not typical to have a merger between a CDMO and a biopharma company. They usually keep their distance. A CDMO (such as Advent) will have clients other than NWBO. If said CDMO was owned by NWBO but manufacturing for other drug companies (and potential competitors) that would be a huge conflict of interest and a red flag. Any business other than NWBO would search out a new CDMO. It doesn't make sense for a CDMO to tie themselves to a single company. all imo
