Confidence in understanding the tech has been one of the shareholder's greatest mistakes here in the last decade: the company seems to always come out with some new information that causes the 'tech-oriented' shareholders to go scrambling to figure out what it means.

My view for some time now has been that reliance on technical understanding is a mistake here because the tech is simply too complicated.

A better barometer is how well the company meets it's targets, insider selling or buying or lack therof, analyst reports, and industry insider news.

And re the expiring options - they sold when they could have converted to stock, so not sure what your point is there. Better to stick with the 'they kept the majority' argument.
